Presidential Wax Museum
Our student council, under the direction of Mrs. Miller, led the students in the presentation of
a presidential wax museum Thursday, February 18, in honor of Presidents' Day. The junior high
and high school students teamed up, with one student representing either a President or a
President's wife, and the other student representing a person who lived during their day.
These "wax figures" came to life as guests stepped up to their display. They shared a short
speech relaying their importance in history.
The grand finale of the day was a presidential quiz bowl where the students faced off against
our honored guest and local historian, Steve Wismar.
